Answer activity on paper

Introduction

Once you have joined the class, it is up to the teacher to create the activity and prepare the questionnaires and answer sheets of the students. And when they are done, it is now time for the students to answer the activity.

In this section, we will explore what to do during the activity.

Steps

To explore what to do during the activity, read the instructions below:

  1. Once the teacher is done giving the instructions regarding the questionnaire and the answer sheets. Make sure you have received the number of answer sheets needed for the activity.

  2. Before answering, it is important to accurately and truthfully fill out all required information at the top (i.e. last name, first name, student ID, activity code, and page #). Please be reminded that failure to do so may result in a score of zero for this activity as our system will not be able to recognize the sheets without the information.

  3. In the questionnaire, for tests using answer boxes, there are coordinates listed down for each item that forms a box. Carefully follow these coordinates for that item and do not write beyond the indicated box. Writing beyond the indicated box for that item will cut down the answers upon scanning and will not be read correctly.

For guidance, we strongly recommend drawing lines forming a box based on the coordinates given to avoid mistakes in answers overflowing the indicated box. Below is a sample on how to trace the coordinates of an item’s box:

  4. It is important to have a neat handwriting to ensure their answers are properly recognized and scored by our system. If they have erasures, we encourage using correction tapes for a neat look, or scribbling them out completely for better readability.

  5. Once you are done with the activity, pass your answer sheets to your teacher.

And that’s how you answer the given activity of the teacher! Next, let’s explore how to view your activity results.
