Export grades

Introduction

Keeping a record of students’ grades is like holding a map of their learning journey. It's where you track their progress of how they're growing across timeframes and offer real evidence during meetings or updates. As it’s easier to show trends and discuss strategies when data is on hand.

In this section, we will explore how to export your students' grades in GradeChum.

Steps

To export student's grades, there are two ways to do so:

Note: The activity should have been already evaluated before proceeding to the steps below.

a. Export activity grades

1. Click on the vertical ellipses on the right side of the activity card to open up the Activity Actions.

   

2. Click on Export to download an excel file with the activity's name as default.

   

3. Finally, click the downloaded excel file to view your students' grades on that activity.

   

b. Export class grades

Note: You can only export grades of the students who are enrolled in your class. Make sure all your students are enrolled in your class before proceeding to the steps below.

1. Go to Class Record Tab.

   

2. Click on Export to download an excel file with the class' name as default.

   

3. Finally, click the downloaded excel file to view your students' grades across all the activities created in the class.
