💻Upload questionnaire
Introduction
An efficient way to create an activity in GradeChum is by uploading a questionnaire you’ve already prepared. This feature is especially helpful for teachers who want to save time and make use of existing materials without having to rebuild tests from scratch.
In this segment, we will explore how to create an activity by uploading our own questionnaire.
Steps
To create an activity by uploading a questionnaire, follow these instructions:
Add a test by clicking the + Add test text button, then select "Upload questionnaire".

Click Upload File and choose your questionnaire among your files.

Then, click Upload to upload your questionnaire and wait for GradeChum to finish uploading all the items in your file.

You can add as many test in your activity as you want by clicking on the + Add test text button beside Test I or you can also create different tests in your questionnaire as well and they will be imported as different tests in GradeChum.
Review the uploaded items from your questionnaire and edit any items you want to change.

If you want to upload another questionnaire on top of your uploaded items, just click on + Add test > Upload questionnaire and repeat steps 2-5.

Once you are done reviewing the items of your activity, click Create Activity to save it. You will be shown an overlay that asks you to create sets for this activity.
Note: You may also opt to create a copy of your activity to other classes. Keep in mind that what changes you make in one section for a linked activity will be done as well to the activities in other classes.

If you wish to create sets, follow this documentation. Else, click No thanks.

Finally, you will be redirected to view the activity you just created.

And that's how you create an activity by uploading a questionnaire! Next, let's explore other options to create new activities in GradeChum.
