Introduction
After preparing the things you need before the activity, it's time to know what things to keep in mind of while the students are doing the activity. It is important to know what are the things to watch out for to have less issues in the future or to avoid it altogether.
In this article, let's find out what are the things we should know of while the activity is ongoing.
Steps
To explore what to do during the activity, follow these steps:
Note: You must have the questionnaire and the right amount of answer sheets ready for your class before proceeding with these steps.
Before heading to administer the test to your students don't forget to prepare the right amount of answer sheets and questionnaire. Then, hand over the answer sheets to each of your students.
Before answering, it is important to accurately and truthfully fill out all required information at the top (i.e. last name, first name, and activity code). Please be reminded that failure to do so may result in a score of zero for this activity as our system will not be able to recognize the sheets without the information.

Show the questionnaires to your students, or if you have printed them out, you may now hand them over. In the answer sheet, for tests using answer boxes, carefully follow the borders and do not write beyond the indicated box. Writing beyond the indicated box for that item will cut down the answers upon scanning and will not be read correctly.

Before starting, also highlight the importance of neat handwriting to your students to ensure their answers are properly recognized and scored by our system. If they have erasures, we encourage using correction tapes for a neat look, or scribbling them out completely for better readability.
Once they are done, collect all answer sheets of your students.
And that's what to do during the activity! Next, let's explore what to do after giving the activity.
