⚠️Has Issues
Introduction
Occasionally, students may forget to write their name or even their student ID number or mark the correct page on their answer sheet due to time constraints during activities. When GradeChum evaluates these papers, those missing names, student ID numbers or page indications are flagged for teacher review to associate them with enrolled students and be successfully processed.
This section explains how to manage students' papers requiring teacher review.
Steps
To manage papers that need review from teachers, there are three ways to do so:
a. Missing name
Click on the activity you want to see the results of.

Under the "Has issues" on the left side of the activity modal, click on a student card you want to resolve. Click on a student card that has NO LAST NAME or NO FIRST NAME on it and determine the owner of the answer sheet.

Click on the Resolve issues button, after determining the name of the student of which the answer sheet belongs to.

Click on any fields under Student information to link the answer sheet to the student enrolled in your class.

Next, choose the name of the enrolled student who is the owner of the answer sheet or you may also type the name of the student if they are not yet enrolled in the class.

Finally, click the ✅ check button to resolve the issue.

After resolving the issue of the answer sheet, you may then review the answers of the student.

b. No Student ID Number
Click on the activity you want to see the results of.

Under the "Has issues" on the left side of the activity modal, click on a student card you want to resolve. Click on a student card that has NO SCHOOL ID NUMBER on it.

Next, click the Resolve issues button.

Then, click on the Student ID # field and choose the correct enrolled student's name to link the answer sheet to their student account or you may also opt to type the student's ID number if they are not yet enrolled in the class.

Finally, click the ✅ check button to resolve the issue.

After resolving the issue of the answer sheet, you may then review the answers of the student.

c. No Page Found
Click on the activity you want to see the results of.

Click on a student card that has complete name and student ID number but is under "Has issues".

Click on the Resolve issues button.

Type in the correct page number of the answer sheet.

Finally, click the ✅ check button to resolve the issue.

After resolving the issue of the answer sheet, you may then review the answers of the student.
